“浏阳烟花响天下，天下烟花看大瑶。”大瑶是世界花炮之源，世界花炮文化的发祥地。1400多年前，花炮始祖李畋诞生在大瑶，目前这里已成为世界上最大的花炮及原辅材料集散中心，产品远销100多个国家和地区。2019年10月29日，“这里不一样——湖南省特色工业小镇网络名人行”活动走进浏阳市大瑶镇，探寻烟花小镇新貌。

不断创新，浏阳花炮响彻世界

从浏洪高速进入大瑶镇，沿着宽阔的迎宾大道进入集镇，孩童掩耳点鞭炮的雕塑、浏阳国际花炮商贸城、花炮始祖李畋广场、中国花炮文化博物馆等花炮元素扑面而来。

国庆联欢活动、世界军运会、港珠澳跨海大桥通车盛典、伦敦奥运会开闭幕式……这些年，大瑶烟花在全球各处璀璨绽放，惊艳了世界。

早在清朝和民国年间，大瑶曾经“十家九爆”，出产的烟花爆竹不仅畅销国内市场，更远销海外。

新中国成立后，大瑶抢抓机遇，加快改革，开始告别一家一户的小作坊。上世纪90年代末，为规范安全生产，政府倡导合伙投资建厂房，再独立分线生产销售，于是有了蔚为壮观的花炮乡镇企业的异军突起，开启了花炮产业振兴的序幕，奠定了“户户有产业、人人有事业、个个在创业”的产业格局。

进入新世纪，大瑶对标“四化两型”（集约化、机械化、专业化、信息化和安全型、环保型），大力改革传统花炮产业，通过买断、兼并、重组等方式，淘汰落后产能。

今年的国庆联欢活动中，全球首创的“3D立体动感烟花”惊艳了全国人民，参与3D立体动感烟花研制和焰火燃放的棠花烟花有限公司就来自大瑶。公司负责人邱春良介绍说，今年，棠花烟花通过转型,加大科研投入,在大型焰火燃放板块迎来大丰收。公司除了参与北京国庆焰火燃放，还参加了北京世园会等8场重大活动的大型焰火燃放,产品远销美欧等30多个国家和地区，受到国外顶尖燃放公司青睐。

花炮产业的繁荣，给大瑶镇带来大量的人流、物流。

转型升级，产业发展进入“链”时代

在大瑶镇李畋村319国道旁，一家大型彩印厂坐落在此。“我们企业是湘赣边乃至中部地区设备最齐、规模最大的包装企业之一。”浏阳市李畋印刷包装集团有限公司董事长张运江介绍，公司现有国际一流纸板生产线3条、彩印生产线6条、水印箱生产线1条，所有设备均采购自德国等地的高端包装生产和印刷厂商，很多产品填补了湖南空白。

彩印包装业是花炮产业链重要的一环。近年来，大瑶在不断推进花炮产业转型的同时，瞄准构建花炮全产业集群，引导花炮产业相关的生产、资源、要素向大瑶集中，形成了烟花爆竹生产、烟花爆竹经营、原辅材料经营、包装印刷、造纸、机械等6大产业集群，已经进入名副其实的产业发展“链”时代。

花炮产业的繁荣，给大瑶镇带来大量的人流、物流。这里新修了湖南首条乡镇环线，引来上十家银行设立支行，肯德基、通程商场、苏宁、京东线下实体店、阿里巴巴天猫优品相继入驻。

2016年，大瑶入选首批中国特色小镇。该镇以“烟花小城镇”新定位优化融合发展规划设计,以“产、城、人、文”为主线，聘请北京城市科学规划院编制特色小城镇规划，高标准打造了中国花炮文化博物馆、花炮始祖李畋庙、李畋广场、花炮文化步行街等一批花炮特色景观，花炮文化主题公园也启动规划建设。同时，建成了“一横一纵两广场”城市风貌塑造工程，将花炮元素融入城市景观、建筑外墙、城市雕塑等城市基础设施，充分彰显花炮古城底蕴和特色。

截至2019年，大瑶镇花炮产业相关企业达400多家，2018年规模以上花炮及相关企业总产值达105.8亿元，直接就业人数达6.7万人。依托花炮及相关产业的带动，近5年来，大瑶镇的财税收入从2亿元跃升至3.27亿元。2018年大瑶镇人均可支配收入近四万元，老百姓过上了多姿多彩、富裕和谐的幸福生活。这个深藏于湘赣边群山之中的小镇，正依托烟花产业，一次次惊艳世界。

The prosperity of the flower gun industry has brought a lot of people and logistics to the town of Otsuka. In 2016, Otsuka was selected as one of the first small towns with Chinese characteristics.
