红网时刻长沙6月6日讯（通讯员 谢祥华）“浏阳金刚镇是远近有名的红炮之乡、文旅小镇，要实现高质量、可持续发展，必须走出一条生态优先发展的路子。” 6月4日上午，在浏阳市金刚镇何家美丽屋场举行的浏阳市第六届环保文化节系列活动、“红炮之乡、文旅金刚”主题宣传系列活动——6.5世界环境日“美丽浏阳，我是行动者——共建共享绿色金刚”主题活动上，该镇党委书记黄武介绍说。

长沙市浏阳市金刚镇是浏阳花炮主产乡镇和远近闻名的红炮之乡，金刚人文旅游资源丰富，拥有千年古寺石霜寺，国家级文保单位桃树湾古民居，连理枝、太子湖和鬼斧神工仙女晒鞋等石霜寺外“十八景”，是极具文化底蕴的红炮古工艺、古寺院、古民居文旅特色小镇，是浏阳市首批乡村旅游精品线路之一，目前正全力创建湖南省文旅特色镇。该镇产业主要以红炮（鞭炮）、烟花及相关上下游产业为主，形成了较为成熟的红炮产业链，2019年红炮及相关上下游产业总产值达52亿元，同时，为本地和外来的1.6万余劳动力提供了就业岗位。

红炮产业如何破解传统产业环保问题，如何转型绿色发展，文旅小镇如何突破同质化瓶颈，是金刚镇面临的难题和新的课题。

金刚镇坚持“绿水青山就是金山银山”的发展理念，强力推进污染防治攻坚战，打好打赢蓝天碧水保卫战，全面实施绿色产业发展提质、绿色人居环境提档、绿色文明乡风提升、绿色卫士监管提标“四大绿色金刚建设工程”，深入开展利剑斩污“春风”“亮剑”“零点”“风暴”专项整治行动，常态化开展蓝天碧水保卫战集中执法检查，建立24小时环境投诉快反机制，及时处理各类环境信访问题。特别是在绿色产业发展提质方面，通过落实绿色环保主体责任、提质升级环保设施设备、全面开展“清废”行动、把好新进项目环保关、推进“散乱污”企业治理和落后产能淘汰退出等举措，红炮产业环保设施设备新增改造投资2亿余元，实现传统产业绿色、环保、可持续发展。2019年完成财政总收入6500万元。

目前，金刚镇93家烟花鞭炮及上下游相关企业已全部完成排污许可证登记发放，以绿色发展提质传统产业升级。同时，金刚镇以人居环境整治为抓手，已完成10余个美丽屋场和乡村景点的建设。

在6.5世界环境日“共建共享绿色金刚”主题活动上，举行了“绿色金刚”环保志愿者组织授旗仪式、党建+微网格长集体发出《美丽浏阳、我是行动者——共建共享绿色金刚》倡议书、民间河长代表作了典型发言。还开展了“守护南川河、生物多样性”鱼苗放生、我们一起去巡河等活动。摄影爱好者们拍摄的美丽乡村、绿色金刚美景，进行了集中展示。
